New Zealand Orders

We intend to process orders the same day if received by 9.00am. Orders received after this time, will be processed the next business day. However, we do not send orders on Fridays.

We normally use Courier Post/NZ Post. We expect that you should receive your order within 1-2 working days, please allow an extra day or two for rural deliveries. There is a maximum limit of 15 kg for shipping goods. 

For urban addresses, we can provide a Saturday delivery. Please advise if this is required, as this will cost an additional $6.50 and need to be labelled accordingly.

Should you require something urgently then please contact us by telephone on 06 328 9797.

If for some reason your parcel does not arrive, please contact us.

 

North America Orders

These orders are fulfilled by Valet Seller in Rochester, New York. 

Orders placed before noon EST will be sent the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the next business day.  Orders are sent using a 2-5 day delivery service.

 

UK & EU Orders

These orders are fulfilled by Choice Fulfilment (Services) Ltd in Plymouth, Great Britain. Orders received by 3pm on weekdays are dispatched on the same day.
